Need moisturizing? Worry no more. Today, I am going to introduce you to a brand called Laneige which is from South Korea. It's concept is on the hydrating science of water. It is a little bit more expensive than your usual South Korean Cosmetic brands. So if you don't want to buy them yet on their full sizes, don't worry they do sell a variety of trial kits for different skin types and for different purposes (be it cleansing, whitening or moisturizing). I actually got 3 trial kits: Cleansing Trial Kit, White Plus Renew Trial Kit and the Moisture Trial Kit which is the one I'll be discussing about. I'll also include in today's review the Laneige Water Sleeping Pack_EX. I got all these products from an online shop based on South Korea that offers shipping worldwide.

2. Water Bank Moisture Cream 10ml (for dry to normal skin types)
3. Power Essential Skin Refiner 15ml (for dry to normal skin types)
4. Balancing Emulsion 15ml (for dry to normal skin types)
In addition, the Laneige Water Sleeping Pack_EX comes in a small tub, a 20ml variant, which is great for all skin types.

I use these products with just a few drops and apply a thin layer all over my face one step at a time in order as stated above. There are times though that I don't apply the skin refiner, emulsion and moisture cream all over my face when my T-zone gets too oily. If you have combination skin just like me, you can do so and avoid applying on areas of your face that tends to be oily. There are even times I skip the first 4 products and go straight to the water sleeping pack. Why? I'll talk about it on the later part of this review.
The moisture kit can be used on your morning and night skin care routine. As for me, I do use it more at night with the sleeping pack as the last step.The products are not sticky for me and is easily absorbed on my skin. Also, the best part about Laneige's skin care products is that the unity of the scent of the products which definitely is a plus for me. Among the 4 items that comes in the kit, my favorite so far is the skin refiner. Works really great for me.
Every morning when I wake up, after using these products, my face feels well hydrated and moisturized. Somewhat similar to when you hair has a nice volume, it does really fell that way. Only that it is on my face and not on my hair. The trial kit is best used for those with dry to normal skin type. As for those with combination skin like me, it is just a matter of applying specific product to specific areas of the skin that needs moisturizing. My rating for this kit is 5/5 because of the reliable moisturizing effect.
Among these 5 skin care products what I adore the most is the Water Sleeping Pack_EX. It is by far the best moisturizing product I have ever used. During those busy these when you just got home, too tired to even make time on my skin care routine, the water sleeping pack_EX is my best friend. No matter how busy or tired I am I always make sure not to sleep with my make up on, so I do make time to cleanse my face then I do apply the sleeping pack and I am so ready to sleep. If I don't do this, I might wake up looking like a few years older or much more like similar to a zoombie. I do this because I don't want to wake up looking too hagard. And the sleeping pack really works wonders. It is your most reliable product when you need an immediate moisturizing. I do highly recommend it and will give it a perfect score of 5/5. It is a very promising moisturizing product especially for those with a dry skin type.
These products however sometimes aggravate my pimples, so I do avoid using it or limit using it when I have ongoing pimples.

Hi! I want to change my skincare to laneige. I heard that laneige is one of good korea product. But i still confused. Do you know what are the differences between laneige basic step trial kit and laneige moisture trial kit? Both are for dry to normal skin. My skin is normal. Thankyou! Greetings from Indonesia 😊
